Membership is open to everyone, including men. New members are welcome at any time and are encouraged, but not required to take part in League activities. Voting Members must be U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old. Associate Members are persons under 18 years of age and/or are not U.S. citizens. Local members are automatically members of the state and national Leagues.
